Your personal safety is of paramount importance to us and we have lots of measures in place to protect and support our campus community.

We pride ourselves on our vigilance and ability to respond quickly to any given situation. We want your student life to be as happy, healthy and productive as possible.
Campus security
Our Security team are highly experienced and skilled. They supervise the campus 24 hours a day, all year round.
They look out for your safety and are all trained First Aiders, giving you and your family the peace of mind that there is always someone on hand to help should something go awry.
Their security patrols are extensive. At night during term-time, they cover the main road leading from the University to the town centre and some residential areas that have a high student population.
They also manage traffic and parking around campus, making them your go-to contact for any queries relating to your student permit.
